Each student has different learning styles and acquisition of knowledge. In addition, their capacity and background are also different. Therefore, it is very important to collect sufficient information about the background knowledge, skills, and study habits to help students see their strengths.

Like any plan, Tomek will help students define the ultimate goal of the Training Path, make a list of what the Trainee will achieve after completing the Roadmap.

After having a clear goal, Tomek will create the appropriate Courses. Next is to arrange the Modules for students in order to bring the best effect after training.

Check as a whole so that students can see their level and skills in each stage. Tomek will have a solution to reinforce knowledge and skills for students.

The next task Tomek follows up with students after the course by supporting real-life cases that students are encountering from leading experts with “real combat” experience. Additionally, it will support to review knowledge for students.
